One month already ... a month! Already!
What better gift to celebrate our first month of marriage that our appointment this afternoon with a notary to sign the sales agreement for our first home!
And yes, shortly after our return from Portugal, and after having toured the banks, we followed the visits of homes in our area of research (the Community of communes Caux Seine valley) finally found three days later, two homes that interested us. Having looked for a house "favorite" (a beautifully restored old barn in a modern style) we are delighted face a budget work more consistent (including fiber-cement roof to change in 5-10 years) for our second choice, certainly less attractive but more realistic too.
Anyway we are very excited about our future acquisition, which will therefore in Trouville-Alliquerville! Back to Campaign for Alexandra and outdoor rural Manuel. Even though buying a house is necessarily less romantic than it was in the air (the financing plan, signed at the notary, easements etc. ...), we're already thinking about the development of home and our "big" a 300m2 garden ...
After signing quite impressive this afternoon (lots of emotions!), Normally we will finalize the financing plan Friday and the process will live his life until 30 September, the date from which we can sign the final deed of sale!
meantime, we will pile up the boxes and, most importantly, get on with sending our thank you cards that we normally receive on Wednesday. This weekend, in addition to going to sales, we also completed the book of marriage to the photographer. We have "real" in the hands of the end of the month! After we leave on tour to share with all our friends!
meantime, we'll try to give more time to blog on returning a few moments of our wedding and holiday in Portugal ... see you soon!
